If we really want to search justice for the immigrant, then we have to seek it within the homelands of our immigrants. The USA is still just in the overwhelming majority of it's laws and public policies. Because of the affect and power of the USA, that is particularly essential that we lead on this area internationally. Precept #5 - Unlawful immigrants are still human beings with inherent dignity and rights and needs to be treated as such. Of course, this doesn't suggest that the USA cannot implement it's laws, but quite, it is laws should treat individuals justly. For instance, deporting dad and mom and separating them from their kids is unjust. They also have the best to be handled pretty by the justice system throughout authorized proceedings and/or deportation.
